How It Works On Our Service

A series of steps are taken for the service from start to finish. Guidance will be provided for each step when purchasing a prepaid postage pack.

STEP 1: Order Prepaid Postage Pack

Simply click on "Order Prepaid Postage Pack" type in your address, then we will send the postage pack for free. *Terms & Conditions apply.

STEP 2: Wrap your watch securely and send it to our workshop

Securely pack your watch in the provided travelling case, take it to the closest post office, and drop it off. No payment needed.

STEP 3: Get estimate time/price for your watch and accept the estimate then, we will begin our service

We will partly disassemble to allow us to see all components visible so that we can give you an accurate estimate. When you accept the estimate, we will begin our service. If you decline the estimate, we will send it back to you. *Terms & Conditions apply.

STEP 4: In The Progress Of Servicing

Elevate your timepiece with our meticulous watch care services. Trust us to maintain the beauty and functionality of your watch.

STEP 5: Quality Control

We evaluate for accurate timekeeping, automatic function and power reserve to ensure your watch is working precisely.

STEP 6: Payment

Upon receipt of payment in full, we will notify you regarding the dispatch of your watch for delivery.

STEP 7: Receive Your Renewed Watch

  • How long does full service take?

    The main servicing of a watch will normally take a total of 2-5 weeks to complete. This includes testing on time keeping, automatic function and power reserve, this will take 5 to 10 working days depending on the watch and any time requirements to order parts from Switzerland.

  • Does servicing a watch decrease its value?

    We will never perform a service that will decrease the value of your watch. All services are completed to the highest standard to the manufacturer's specifications.

  • Is watch servicing worth it?

    A watch service is always recommended. Whether you want to maintain a family heirloom, keep the watch functional, or sell it, a service will be beneficial.
