This website is operated by Bespoke Watch Servicing. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bespoke Watch Servicing. Bespoke Watch Servicing offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accepting the estimate or submitting your order to us. By using our services or purchasing our products, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

2.2 When we use the word "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.
3. Our Contract With You
3.1 While we may provide an initial estimate by email, we will generally need to inspect an item to provide an accurate estimate for our services. To obtain a price for services.
- By post. You can order our prepaid postage pack from our website to send your watch to our workshop at Fox Court, 14 Grays Inn Rd, London WC1X 8HN. The package is already paid. In the package it will contain Customer Unique reference number and instructions.
- Drop-off at our workshop. You can drop off your watch at the appointed time at (office address) Please note that our workshop will open by appointment only, any unexpected visitors may be turned away.
3.2 Our estimates are free of charge to customers who decide to proceed with our service but items that may be returned undone will be subject to an admin fee.
3.3 Once we inspect your watch, we will provide you with an estimated cost for the service and assess the service required by email. We will determine:
- The nature and method of the repairs to be undertaken; and
- The type of replacement part or parts to be used and parts to be newly made.
3.4 By sending your watch to us, you accept and authorise us to dismantle and clean the watch for assessment (this includes removing the oils). We will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transit. It is your responsibility to pack your watch in the packaging properly when sending your watch. You should record the condition of your watch before sending it to us.
3.5 We will need you to respond to our email to accept the estimate for us to begin with services.
3.6 Prior to sending your watch to us by post, we will ask you to send a photo of your watch within our prepaid postage pack to enquiry@bespokewatchservicing.com and write the brand and model.
3.7 If you do not accept the estimate for the services, you will need to inform us by email at enquiry@bespokewatchserivicing.com. We will charge a return postage of £20.
3.8 When your contract with us occurs.
3.9 When we can not accept your order. Unable to meet a delivery deadline you ask for.
3.1.1 Your Customer Number. We will provide you with a unique customer number when you order a prepaid postage pack or drop off your watch at our workshop for inspection.
3.1.2 We only accept orders in the UK. As our insurance does not cover international shipping, we do not accept orders from overseas.
3.1.3 We do not offer services for replica watches. We will charge admin fees of £30 and a return postage of £20 if we receive the watch by our prepaid postage pack.
4. Our Products
4.1 Products may vary from the pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. AYour product may vary slightly from those pictures.
4.2 Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.
5. Your rights to make changes
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
Price and payment
We accept majority of credit cards and debit cards.
We have the right to keep the watch until the payment is received, if we do not receive the payment for six months, we have the right to claim compensation by any means.
Warranty
The warranty is provided for full service and restoration only. Customers will be required to pay for postage in the event they wish to send in their watch.
